Key Responsibilities: 

• Engage stakeholders and users to understand business needs, pain points and desired outcomes.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation and digitalization.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements, priorities, dependencies and trade-offs.
• Work with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to shape and deliver practical solutions.
• Support backlog refinement, UAT, implementation and commissioning activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and surface risks, issues and dependencies early.
• Ensure solutions consider relevant security, data governance and applicable ICT requirements.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve products, systems and business processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience with digital services, Jira/Confluence, cloud technologies, APIs, system integration or ICT governance would be an advantage.
