Provide safe, high-quality and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with established clinical standards and care plans.

Monitor patients’ conditions and provide appropriate nursing support within the scope of professional practice.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.

Comply with infection prevention and control measures, hospital policies, clinical procedures and patient safety standards.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support the delivery of safe and effective patient care.

Perform other nursing-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
