Customer Experience & Sales

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized shopping experience by understanding customers' needs and providing suitable product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, effective follow-ups, and a memorable in-store experience.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Continuously enhance your product knowledge, including collections, materials, features, and brand heritage, to provide confident and accurate recommendations.

Boutique Operations

• Represent the Braun Büffel brand with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
• Maintain the boutique's cleanliness, visual presentation, and overall ambience in accordance with the company's operational and visual merchandising standards.
• Work closely with team members to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace.
• Respond to customer enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory management, visual merchandising, and other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. The ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Prior experience in retail, preferably in the fashion, leather goods, lifestyle, or luxury retail industry, will be an added advantage.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales goals.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Well-groomed, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering an exceptional brand experience while maintaining a professional image.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
