High school diploma or equivalent required; a Diploma in a relevant field is preferred.

1-2 years of experience in an operations support role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting.

Experience with email communication for internal and external correspondence.

Familiarity with accounting or inventory management software, such as AutoCount Software, is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Assist in daily operational tasks, including data entry, document management, and record keeping to ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate the movement of goods and information.

Process and track shipments, manage shipping documents, and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.

Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining operational spreadsheets.

Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring clear communication.

Support the operations team with administrative duties, such as scheduling, filing, and preparing reports.

Learn and utilize AutoCount Software for inventory management and financial transaction recording.

Communicate effectively with team members and external parties using both English and Mandarin.

Help in resolving operational discrepancies and customer inquiries under the guidance of senior staff.
