Description:
MS Power Platform, Copilot Studio. Builds Power Automate flows for processes in-scope (Loans, KYC, AML workflow, and handoffs). Hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate flow design (C1). Configures Copilot Studio agents with Copilot Studio design experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Power Platform Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Build canvas and model-driven Power Apps to support business operations and process digitization
- Develop reusable components, connectors, and integrations within the Power Platform ecosystem
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards

Power Automate Workflow Development

- Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate end-to-end business processes
- Develop workflow orchestration for Loans, KYC, AML reviews, approvals, validations, and operational handoffs
- Integrate workflows with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows for performance and reliability
