We are assisting our client, an established window covering and blinds company in Puchong, to hire a Site Coordinator.

This is a hands-on coordination role involving site measurement, project coordination, installation follow-up and site reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, installers, sales personnel and internal teams to ensure projects are completed smoothly and accurately.

Fresh Diploma graduates with a relevant background and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Site Measurement & Inspection

• Conduct site visits at customers' premises and project locations.
• Take accurate measurements for blinds, curtains and window covering installations.
• Record site dimensions, conditions and installation requirements.
• Take site photos and prepare proper measurement records.
• Identify potential site or installation issues and report them promptly.

Project & Installation Coordination

• Coordinate between customers, installers, sales team and internal departments.
• Arrange and follow up on installation schedules and site appointments.
• Provide on-site support during installation when required.
• Monitor installation progress and follow up on defects, missing items or outstanding work.
• Communicate site changes and customer requirements to the relevant teams.
• Ensure outstanding site matters are followed through until completion.

Site Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare site visit and measurement reports.
• Update project and installation status.
• Maintain proper records of measurements, site photos and project documentation.
• Provide timely updates to management and relevant departments.

Material Coordination

• Check materials and items required before installation.
• Coordinate with warehouse/store personnel to ensure correct materials are prepared.
• Report missing, damaged or insufficient materials promptly.
• Assist in tracking materials related to assigned projects.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma.
• Diploma in Construction, Interior Design, Building, Engineering or related fields will be an advantage.
• Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in site coordination, renovation, interior furnishing, blinds/curtains, construction or installation work will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable with site measurement and working with dimensions/numbers.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Able to prepare simple site reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Willing to travel to different project sites.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage due to communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and team members.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
