Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales administration or a similar role.

Secondary school qualification or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, and reports.

Manage and maintain sales records, customer databases, and filing systems.

Coordinate with Salesman, customers and transporters to process orders, inquiries, and resolve issues.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail.

Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc jobs.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the SQL system.

Stock checking.
