• Support the execution of IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Private Placements, Mergers &Acquisitions and other related Capital Markets Distribution transactions
• Participatein deal origination initiatives by identifying potential issuers and preparing pitch presentations
• Conduct market intelligence, research and comparable company/ comparable transaction analysis to refine positioning and pricing strategy
• Liaise with clients and investors to work towards successful completion of transaction
• Assist inorganization and coordination of roadshows and other relevant marketing activities
• Prepare marketing related materials, including teasers, term sheets, investors presentations for issuers and investors engagement
• Collaborate with the internal team to support pricing, bookbuilding and allocation process
• Prepare pitches to promote Capital Markets services
• Prepare/maintain documentation and compliance papers for internal committee approvals
