esponsibilities:

• Develop and grow sales opportunities for industrial machinery, components and engineering solutions in local and overseas markets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer visits and industry networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, technical presentations and tender submissions, including contract negotiations.
• Coordinate projects from sales award through implementation, commissioning, handover and after-sales support.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, principals and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costing, pricing, margins and sales performance to achieve business targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitors and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans and regular reports for management.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery, engineering or related industries.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and machine control systems is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship skills.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel locally (Kedah, Penang, Kuantan) and might have opportunitites to travel overseas.
• Possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
