Professional Job Description

The Legal Operations Manager will support the APAC Legal team by improving legal processes, technology, reporting, vendor management, and operational efficiency across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal operations processes and regional initiatives.
• Improve legal workflows, systems, and reporting.
• Coordinate budgets, vendors, and external legal providers.
• Support legal technology and process improvements.
• Work closely with regional legal and business teams.
• Maintain accurate legal data, documentation, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in legal operations or a similar function.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Digitally savvy with strong attention to detail.

Pay: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 per hour
