• Fluency in Mandarin is essential for engaging with a significant portion of our client base and for effective communication in business dealings.

• Possess a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification, demonstrating a foundational level of education.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a track record of achieving targets.

• Demonstrate strong sales acumen, including effective prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, presentations, and client management.

• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies to identify and engage potential leads.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia in addition to Mandarin.

• Willingness to work full-time and onsite at our KL office based at Jinjang Kepong and Cheras Kl.

Working hour : 

Monday to Friday 10am-7pm 

Lunch hour : 1pm-2pm.

Saturday 10am-3pm

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base in Malaysia and potentially other regions, with a focus on leveraging Mandarin language skills.

• Actively prospect for new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, social media engagement, and attending industry events, to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

• Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their financial challenges and present tailored JCSC Advisory Sdn Bhd solutions that address their specific requirements.

• Effectively negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, regular follow-ups, and ensuring their satisfaction with our financial consultancy services.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns, utilizing social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, clearly articulating the value proposition of JCSC Advisory Sdn Bhd's offerings.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and financial industry developments to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
