Market Preparation & Research

• Conduct market research to understand the regulatory landscape, client demand, and competitive environment in assigned markets.

• Organize and coordinate webinars, seminars, and educational sessions to introduce the company’s services.

• Develop and manage advertising campaigns and digital outreach initiatives.

• Prepare educational articles and content to support market awareness.

• Manage translation and localization of marketing materials to ensure relevance in target markets.

• Support social media engagement for market-specific initiatives.

Market Development

• Assist in the development of marketing materials tailored for specific international markets.

• Coordinate the creation of landing pages and digital content for lead generation campaigns.

• Support customer profiling and identify potential target client segments.

• Contribute to brand awareness strategies within assigned markets.

Strategic Partnership Development

• Identify and engage potential local partners, introducers, and professional intermediaries.

• Develop relationships with legal advisors, compliance professionals, and industry partners.

• Establish support networks to facilitate future market entry and business development.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in international business development, marketing, or financial services.

• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and international business environment.

• Strong interest in global markets, wealth management, or professional services

• Proficient in English & Japanese (JLPT N1).
