Responsibilities
Working Hours / Location:
Flexible days! Commit at least 3 days or more per week!
Contract till 20 Oct 2026!
Working hours: 11am to 6pm
Changi Airport
Training & Uniform provided!
Job Responsibilities
Engage with customers to promote the brand, products, and ongoing sampling activities
Distribute product samples and provide customers with basic product information
Operate computer systems and engraving software to input and prepare customers’ engraving details
Verify all engraving details carefully to ensure accuracy before processing
Support crowd and queue management during busy periods to ensure a smooth customer experience
Promptly report any machine malfunctions, technical issues, or operational concerns to the supervisor
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Retail Sales, or Promoter roles
Confident and comfortable engaging with customers and promoting products or brands
Able to explain basic product features and provide clear, accurate information to customers
Possess basic computer literacy and willingness to learn and operate engraving software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Willing to learn new systems, processes, and product knowledge
