To coordinate on behalf of HOD in the Department’s Key Performance Index (KPI) planning for management approval and tracking of final achievement. 

To assist the coordination and execution of refurbishment works at Toll Plaza, Region & Section (previously under FM scope). 

To assist in providing information and any other related documentation in responding to customer complaints with the relevant Department/Section. 

Applying technical and professional knowledge in assisting the execution of assigned projects to meet the user requirement and regulatory requirements.  

To assist in conducting the technical review of technical detailed design drawings, bill of quantities, specifications as well as compiling feedback from other technical and operations departments to ensure the completeness of the Tender and Contract Document. 

To assist in conducting/attending site visits and progress meetings to ensure the proper supervision and control of the projects for completion within the contract period. 

To assist in monitoring and controlling the construction cost to be within the approved budget and any variation not to exceed the 10% limitation of the original contract sum. 

To assist in checking all claims, variation orders, extension of time and other contractual documentation for the proper execution and administration of the contracts. 

To assist in preparing letters, minutes of meetings/discussions, reports and any related documentations required for the execution and completion of the projects.
