Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Sales-driven with a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
- Experience in cashiering, stock handling, or retail operations is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Introduce products, promotions, and ongoing campaigns to customers.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Process payments and handle cashier transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are properly organised and displayed.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and managing incoming stock.
- Maintain attractive product displays according to brand guidelines.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain store cleanliness and support smooth day-to-day store operations.
