• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Engineering knowledge or experience in construction firm is an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or store operations is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to multitask, work independently and in a team environment.

• Location: Yard Office, Sungai Buaya

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, procurement, material coordination, resource planning, and administrative tasks.

• Work closely with project teams, site managers.

• Maintain and organize documentation, records, and filing systems.

• Update, and monitor inventory records and stock documentation.

• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and internal departments on material requests and deliveries.

• Assist in receiving, issuing, and tracking materials and equipment.

• Prepare reports, and other administrative documents as required.

• Ensure all store records and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date.
