Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily retail operations, lead the store team and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification.

• Previous retail management experience is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Good problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

Working Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations.

• Lead, coach and supervise retail staff.

• Monitor store sales performance.

• Ensure excellent customer service standards.

• Manage inventory and stock control.

• Prepare operational reports.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
