Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics or a related field.

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Internship experience in retail or FMCG will be an added advantage.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of ERP or merchandising systems is an added advantage.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to travel occasionally when required. E.g. store visit, event, market survey.

Support day-to-day operations and business activities within the assigned department.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing departmental initiatives and projects.

Prepare reports, analyse data, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external business partners.

Monitor project timelines and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
