1. Customer Service & Brand Introduction
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner. Introduce CronusArt’s brand story, watch collections, product features, materials, design concepts, and unique selling points to customers.

2. Product Presentation & Sales Support
- Present watches to customers clearly and confidently. Explain product details such as movement, case material, strap material, water resistance, design inspiration, and pricing. Assist customers throughout the sales process and encourage purchase decisions professionally.

3. Store Display & Product Arrangement
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the display area. Ensure all watches are properly arranged, cleaned, and displayed according to brand standards. Check that price tags, product information, and display materials are accurate and presentable.

4. Stock Monitoring & Product Handling
- Monitor product stock at the outlet and update the team when there are any stock movements, low stock, or product issues. Handle all watches and display items with care to avoid damage or loss.

5. Payment & Order Assistance
- Assist customers with payment, order confirmation, receipt collection, and basic after-sales enquiries. Coordinate with the internal team when there are special orders, customer requests, or payment-related matters.

6. Customer Follow-Up
- Collect customer enquiries and follow up when necessary. Assist in recording customer details, product interest, and potential sales leads for future follow-up.

7. Brand Image & Professional Conduct
- Represent CronusArt professionally at all times. Maintain good grooming, proper attitude, and strong product knowledge to ensure customers receive a premium brand experience.

8. Reporting & Daily,Monthly,Quarterly Updates
- Provide daily updates on customer enquiries, sales progress, stock condition, and any outlet-related issues. Report to the management team if there are customer complaints, product defects, or urgent matters.

9. Event / Promotion Support
- Assist with any in-store promotion, product launch, event, or marketing activity at Starhill when required. Support the team with photos, videos, customer feedback, and sales updates during campaign periods.

10. Basic Store Responsibility
- Ensure the outlet area is tidy, secure, and ready for operation. Check product display, lighting, materials, and customer-facing items before opening and before closing.
