Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule appointments for installation, servicing, and repairs with customers.
Manage customer communications, inquiries, reviews, and marketing broadcasts.
Handle administrative tasks including preparing sales documents, updating records and website content, and tracking vehicle compliance.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder.
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role.
Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous and able to multi-task.
