• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the hotel or hospitality industry.

• Strong understanding of the hotel market, industry trends, and customer preferences.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase the hotel’s market share and revenue.

• Research and analyze market trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.

• Monitor competitor activities and customer preferences to develop effective business development strategies.

• Identify and develop profitable business opportunities and potential growth projects in line with company objectives.

• Identify opportunities for digital marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue.

• Plan and execute the company’s overall digital marketing and promotional strategies.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

• Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively through proposals, presentations, meetings, and business discussions.
