Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista cum Server to join our team. The role involves preparing quality coffee and beverages, serving customers, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to company standards.

• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.

• Serve bakery items, desserts, and beverages to customers.

• Operate the POS/cashier system and handle cashless and cash transactions.

• Explain menu items and recommend bakery products or beverages when appropriate.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area, coffee station, and equipment.

• Restock beverages, bakery products, packaging, and other supplies as needed.

• Check the presentation, freshness, and availability of bakery products.

• Assist with opening and closing duties.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.

• Support the team with other café and bakery duties when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista, server, café crew, or in a customer-service role is preferred.

• Barista experience and knowledge of coffee preparation are an advantage.

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible, punctual, and well-presented.

• Willing to work shifts and public holidays when required. (Monday off)
