Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Scope:
- Design and sketch busbar layouts and detail drawings (hand-drawn sketches or CAD) to guide junior technicians in fabrication and assembly.

-Carry out busbar fabrication, bending, cutting, punching, and assembly works in compliance with safety and quality standards.

-Read, interpret, and execute work based on electrical single-line diagrams (SLD)

-Oversee on-site/workshop busbar installation, alignment, and torqueing to ensure structural and electrical integrity.

-Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and documentation for quality control and handover.

-Communicate technical issues, dimensional discrepancies, and site constraints clearly to supervisors and engineers.

-Work closely with team members and lead the installation team to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

-Proactively engage with Project Managers on all live projects to identify busbar routing/fitting issues early and facilitate practical solutions.
- Conduct QC (Quality Check) before wiring.
