About the role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Sports Club Associate to help with operations of our padel club, on a flexible 24-hour-a-week schedule, while providing a positive experience for all members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including guest interactions, facility navigation, and court check-ins/check-outs, cancellations, and rescheduling accurately and efficiently
• Ensure courts and surrounding areas are safe, clean, and in top playing condition, and that guests adhere to the club's house rules
• Oversee rental and sales of padel equipment (rackets, balls, etc.), including restocking and display
• Manage opening and closing procedures of the club
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and communication with the team, coaches, and directors
• Strictly adhere to the club's operating procedures (music, lighting, displays, etc.)
• Respond to inquiries related to the facility, services, programs, and events via WhatsApp, PlaybyPoint messages, phone, and email, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Address booking issues, complaints, or feedback promptly and professionally to foster a positive and engaging environment for all visitors
• Monitor WhatsApp community groups and support community engagement, encourage interaction, and assist with basic player matchmaking for open games, coaching sessions, and social tournaments

About you

• SPM/O-Level graduate (Minimum)
• Able to work 24–28 hours per week (Preferably in morning shift!)
• Friendly, approachable, and reliable
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Candidates available on weekday mornings preferred; flexibility in scheduling is welcome
