Management Trainee F&B (Desserts Brand)

• Working days : 5-6 days a week

Overall Job Objectives:

As a Management Trainee at TOFU G, you will undergo structured training in gelato outlet operations, customer service, sales, inventory, and team management. You will gain hands-on experience and mentorship to develop the skills needed for future supervisory and managerial roles.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Outlet Manager in daily TOFU G outlet operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent gelato quality and presentation.
• Assist with staff coordination, shift duties, and team management.
• Monitor inventory, product availability, and stock handling.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and outlet targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and company standards.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and help improve the customer experience.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, F&B, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about F&B, desserts, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and demonstrates leadership potential.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese language skills are an advantage but not required.
