Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Travel & Tours
- Experience in Umrah/Hajj is highly preferred
Strong experience in sales & business development
Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
Willing to travel and participate in roadshows/events when required
Responsibilities
Lead the overall branch operations and team performance
Drive sales, revenue and customer acquisition
Develop local business opportunities, partnerships and networks
Promote and grow Irkaz Travel & Tours’ Hajj & Umrah packages
Build relationships with customers, agents, community groups and business partners
Lead sales campaigns, roadshows, events and community activities
Monitor branch KPIs, sales pipeline and overall performance
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking and travel journey
Work closely with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth operations
