Programme Coordinator [Up to $4,000 per month | Changi]

Job Details

• Nearest MRT Station: Changi Airport MRT Station
• Contract: 6 months, with a possible 6-month extension
• Salary: Up to $4,000 per month

Support the day-to-day delivery of professional courses, from registration through to completion. You’ll help participants and instructors with their arrangements while keeping course records, schedules and payments in order.

Key Responsibilities

• Process course applications and registrations, and respond to participant enquiries.
• Prepare course materials and coordinate venues, travel, accommodation and transport arrangements.
• Support instructors with scheduling, logistics and administrative requests.
• Issue course completion documents and maintain accurate participant records.
• Process claims and payments, track expenses, and keep supporting documents organised.
• Work with internal teams on finance, procurement and other course administration matters.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience, preferably involving course coordination or similar operations work.
• Able to manage tasks independently and stay organised when handling several courses or requests.
• Comfortable working with records, payments and routine enquiries.
• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
