WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A detail-oriented merchandising professional with experience in garment trims or apparel merchandising.
Someone who can handle daily customer communication, coordinate product development, and support order follow-up with accuracy and efficiency.
A candidate who is responsive, organized, and able to work well with overseas vendors, internal teams, and customers.
ROLE MISSION
To support key global apparel brands by managing end-to-end merchandising activities for garment trim products.
To ensure smooth communication, accurate order handling, timely product development follow-up, and reliable delivery of merchandising services.
ROLE SUMMARY :
You will support key global apparel brands as part of a small, collaborative merchandising team, managing end‑to‑end orders for garment trim products such as heat transfers, elastics, tapes, drawcords and zipper pullers.
Working closely with overseas vendors, internal teams and customers, you will handle daily communications, coordinate product development, prepare quotations and ensure accurate, on‑time execution of all merchandising tasks, while delivering responsive, detail‑oriented service in a stable office‑based role with no travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Collaborate within a merchandising team of 5 members
Manage daily communications and service for assigned customers or brands
Coordinate product development with overseas vendors and clients
Handle customer interactions via phone and email
Prepare quotations and follow up on orders
Ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising tasks
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Minimum 2 years experience in garment trims merchandising or product development
Good communications in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong customer service skills and attention to details
