Min. Diploma or equivalent education level in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or any related field

Min. 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing / production environment, working in electricals and electronics company will be an added advantage

Willing to work in shifts, or OT as needed Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and best practices in electronics assembly.

Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and discipline production staff Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Familiarity with ISO standards, ESD procedures, and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.

Oversee the daily production processes for PCBA and SMT lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Support new product introductions (NPI) by setting up and validating new processes and equipment.

Monitor production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and equipment-related issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, including safety and quality requirements.

Ensure all Operators and line leaders are certified all time. Provide trainings and drive multiskills maturity.
Manage and control production indirect material usage.
