Job Description
- Prepare Science lesson materials, teaching aids and experimental setups.
- Maintain Science Labs, including cleanliness, safety and educational displays.
- Organise and return Science equipment and teaching aids after lessons.
- Conduct inventory checks and update stock records.
- Check, record and dispose of damaged or expired materials.
- Assist teachers with Science activities, performance tasks and recess activities.
- Provide front-line customer service for school and MOE Kindergarten enquiries.
- Provide general administrative support, including calls, printing, scanning, filing and data entry.
- Assist with students who are unwell, late or leaving school early.
- Perform other duties assigned by the school management
- GCEO-Level or equivalent
- Able toprepare and set up Science activities and experiments.
- Able tomanage laboratory supplies and inventory.
- Goodcustomer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able toperform general office administration and simple data entry.
- Preferably1 year of experience in school laboratory operations.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in school frontline/office administration
