RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Supervise Quality Inspectors in conducting incoming, in-process and final inspections.
• Plan and coordinate the work schedules and daily activities of Quality team members.
• Provide training and guidance to Quality Inspectors according to their job responsibilities.
• Review and verify quality inspection reports prepared by Quality Inspectors.
• Communicate and provide feedback to relevant departments and suppliers on quality-related matters.
• Ensure products meet the required quality standards and specifications before releasing them to the subsequent process.
• Promote quality awareness and ensure proper practices in calibration procedures and supplier management.
• Perform other quality-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
• Strong leadership skills, with good discipline and a positive working attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

COMPETENCY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
