About The Job

• Conduct in-depth market research to design and execute regional growth strategies, focusing on entry and scaling within Singapore.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and operational teams to tailor services to local market dynamics.
• Build and nurture strong networks with key industry associations, business partners, and government agencies in Singapore.
• Identify strategic distribution channels and lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
• Drive cross-functional onboarding and operational alignment to ensure seamless long-term partner integration.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Preferred 3+ years of hands-on experience in business development, market expansion, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated capability to design, implement, and execute regional expansion plans from strategy through execution.
• Strong in negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trust with internal stakeholders and external cross-border partners.
• Strong analytical mindset paired with high attention to detail to evaluate market trends, manage risks, and structure deals.
