About Stemba

Women are diagnosed four years later than men, on average, across hundreds of diseases. Women here in their 40s and 50s are told it's stress, or that their bloods are normal, and they walk out of a ten-minute appointment with nothing. They know something has changed. They just can't prove it.

Stemba is changing that. We're building an app that turns what a woman is living with into evidence her doctor can act on.

We're a founding team building something we needed ourselves, with a clinical co-founder already shaping the clinical layer. Stemba is named after our founder's two daughters, because the next generation shouldn't have to fight for what we did.

The role

This is a founding team member role, not a hire. There is no salary at this stage. We're offering equity, ownership, and the chance to be the clinical conscience of a company that could change how women across Asia are heard in the consulting room.

You'll own Stemba's relationship with doctors in Singapore and Hong Kong. Doctors aren't our audience, they're our partners. You'll make sure what we hand them is evidence they trust and can use.

Who we're looking for

• A registered doctor (MD, MBBS or equivalent), ideally registered in Singapore or Hong Kong
• Deep experience in women's health: gynaecology, menopause care, endocrinology, general practice with a women's health focus, integrative medicine or TCM
• Clinical experience caring for women in Asia: you know what they're told in appointments, and what they're not
• Fluent Mandarin; Cantonese or other regional languages a strong advantage
• Frustrated enough with the status quo to want to fix it
• Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and genuinely excited to build
• Able to work independently and remotely with a small, fast-moving team
