Requirements

• Mandarin speaker
• 3–5 years of sales experience
• Roofing, building materials, construction or hardware experience preferred
• Strong B2B & project-sales knowledge
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Existing construction-industry network is highly valuable
• Government project / tender experience preferred
• Strong negotiation, pitching & closing skills
• Able to prepare quotations, proposals & tender documents
• Good Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Independent, resourceful & target-driven

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B sales opportunities
• Sell to contractors, developers & wholesalers
• Build relationships with government-sector stakeholders
• Pitch for projects & tender opportunities
• Prepare proposals, quotations & tender submissions
• Negotiate and close profitable deals
• Expand into new markets & sales channels
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Track competitors, pricing & market opportunities
• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
