Dr Leo Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Main Responsibility

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary, contract, and permanent positions across blue-collar and white-collar functions.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidate profiles, facilitate offer negotiations, and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and job records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 of recruitment experience in staffing, agency recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing high-volume or mass hiring projects will be an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
