Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage warehouse and drumming operators to perform safe and efficient operations
• Plan and execute daily warehouse and drumming activities to maintain smooth workflow and high productivity
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counts to ensure accuracy and availability of stock
• Maintain storage and office areas to meet organizational standards for safety and cleanliness
• Document work instructions and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor and improve inventory management and productivity accuracy through effective oversight

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse operation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights for operational improvement
• Relevant certification in warehouse management, forklift operation or health and safety (preferred)
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing for extended periods
• Willing to work 5.5 working days
• OT Applicable

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,600.00 per month
