• Contract prospects from database give to cross-sell products
• Ensure KPI are met
• Deliver excellent customer service and answer customer queries effectively
• Achieve the call and conversation targets
• Ensure daily reports are submitted promptly and accurately
• Other duties as assigned
• No Overtime( working hours 9 am to 6.30pm )
• Monday to Friday Only (Office Hour)
• Location: Taman Melawati
• SPM and above
• With min 6 months to 1-year telemarketing working experiences
• Fresh Graduates are welcome

• Salary: RM 1600.00 to RM1800.00 /month
