About This Opportunity

Join us as a Technical Engineer and play a key role in supporting technical teams, engineering projects, and product development. You will work closely with Sales and our China counterparts on technical support, PLM and SAP matters, product certification, and product improvements to meet evolving market requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide technical support to the Sales team on product specifications, technical enquiries, customer requirements, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with engineering projects and product modifications, including technical documentation, testing, and follow-up activities.
• Support laboratory activities and product testing, including sample preparation, data recording, and basic technical evaluations.
• Assist with product certification applications, including preparation of documents and coordination with relevant certification bodies.
• Liaise with the China team on product information and assist with basic PLM and SAP-related issues.
• Support product and technical solutions based on customer requirements and business needs.

What You'll Need

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (required to communicate with China counterparts).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
