Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in communicating with customers and business clients.

Good negotiation and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

Willing to learn and take initiative.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an added advantage.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.

Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct product or service presentations to customers.

Follow up with leads, enquiries, and potential customers.

Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable product or service recommendations.

Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other relevant documentation.

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and social media activities.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer service operations.
