Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a customer service assistant to manage customer queries and complaints. You will need to escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Acknowledging, resolving customer complaints and strong logical thinking to diagnose and refund.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Support, communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
• Assist in monthly FOC, monthly SOA and keep documents in order.
• Any other duties assign.

Requirement:

• 1-2 years experience in customer service with high levels of patience to manage interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

. Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be an advantage.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
