Responsibilities
Manage project budgets, cost estimates, cost control and commercial reporting.
Monitor project expenditure, contract values, variations and overall cost performance.
Prepare, evaluate and negotiate progress claims, variation orders and contractual claims.
Review and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations and payments.
Candidates with experience in scaffolding, formwork or other specialised construction works will have an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, cost control, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
Experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers and commercial negotiations.
