• Experience in project coordination, project administration, PMO support, or junior project management.
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders or business functions.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, mature, accountable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of action items.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project-tracking tools.
