JOB DUTY:

• Project order follow up is required

• Perform day-to-day merchandising duties, includes handling orders from quotation to shipment

• Responsible for order follow up to ensure on-time delivery

• Support the team in project coordination from production to delivery

• Close contact with customers & factories

• Able to work independently

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 3 year working experience in merchandising job

• Highly detail-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated with strong organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom

• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English (written and spoken)

• Good interpersonal skills

• Be a team player and willing to learn
