About the Roles

Join a food manufacturing company as a Shipping Executive based in Jurong West. This permanent position follows a five-day work week, Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm, and offers a salary of up to $3,000, a variable bonus, and a $90 transport allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end shipping activities independently.
• Prepare import and export documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), health certificates, certificates of origin, and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
• Arrange vessel and container bookings according to shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
• Monitor and oversee container loading activities.
• Prepare and send all required shipping documents to customers promptly.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or at least two years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of various shipping document requirements and FTA Certificate application procedures.
