Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development & Customization: Build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, forms, lists, views, and automated workflows
  • Platform Configuration: Use tools like Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
  • Administration & Support: Manage user roles, access controls (ACLs), update sets, and provide L2/L3 technical incident support
  • Integrations: Connect ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and custom scripts.
  • Upgrades & Testing: Support platform patches, major releases, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance optimization.
