Job Description

Responsibilities

Our client is a leading global hospitality group with an established portfolio of hotels, resorts and lifestyle businesses across multiple international markets. As part of its continued growth and expansion, the organisation is seeking an accomplished Compensation & Benefits leader to shape its Group-wide rewards strategy, strengthen governance and drive the evolution of its total rewards framework across international markets.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group HR leadership team, you will provide strategic leadership across the Group's compensation and benefits function, setting the direction for rewards policies, frameworks and programmes to support business growth and organisational priorities.

You will oversee the full spectrum of total rewards, including compensation structures, annual salary and bonus reviews, incentive programmes, benefits strategy and market benchmarking, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration practices across markets.

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will partner closely with regional HR and business leaders to shape rewards strategies, strengthen job architecture and drive greater consistency across the Group. In addition, you will lead rewards transformation initiatives, enhance governance and leverage data-driven insights to establish scalable and sustainable rewards practices that support the organisation's long-term people strategy.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least 15 years of Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards experience, with a proven track record of leading regional or Group-wide rewards strategies. You should have strong expertise in compensation frameworks, job architecture, incentive design and benefits governance, ideally gained within a large multinational organisation.

You will be a strategic and commercially minded rewards leader with strong analytical, stakeholder management and influencing skills. The successful candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented and confident partnering senior leadership to drive rewards transformation and build scalable, sustainable frameworks.
