Experience: Minimum 3 years in Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, Digital Sales, Content Marketing, or KOL agencies.

Mandatory skills:

• New partner acquisition and business development (hunter profile).
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing new partnerships.
• Knowledge of social media, content creators, KOL agencies, and affiliate marketing.
• Ability to analyse market data and partner performance.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Southeast Asian market exposure is preferred.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Existing network of KOLs, content creators, or affiliate partners in Southeast Asia.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection
