Design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions aligned with customer business needs. Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting clients throughout their cloud adoption and digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design cloud architectures based on customer requirements and business objectives.
• Provide technical consultation throughout solution design, deployment, operations, and optimisation.
• Recommend cloud technologies and solutions to improve performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and technical teams to develop suitable cloud solutions.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support account management and technical operations when required.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure quality solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Alibaba Cloud.
• Good understanding of IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, security, and automation.
• Cloud certifications are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written, to support regional clients.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
