Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Executive position.

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.

  • Knowledge of the Employment Act (EA) and relevant employment regulations.

  • Familiar with payroll processing, company policies, and staff welfare.

  • Able to handle staff disciplinary matters professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview arrangements.

  • Maintain and update employee records and staff data.

  • Check and monitor staff attendance and leave records.

  • Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and company announcements.

  • Assist in implementing company policies and managing staff welfare matters.

  • Support payroll processing and staff disciplinary procedures when required.
