• Inspect and repair lighting systems.
• Maintain and repair the central clock system.
• Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition in compliance with prescribed safety regulations.
• Maintain the facility's CCTV cabling system and troubleshoot any identified issues or damage.
• Assist the fire alarm testing contractor, as required, in maintaining the facility's fire alarm system.
• Receive work orders and coordinate tasks in accordance with the daily schedule assigned by the Lead HVAC Technician.
• Estimate the time and materials required to complete work orders.
• Maintain the facility's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related control systems.
• Respond promptly to requests from facility departments requiring immediate assistance with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned by the Lead HVAC Technician.
• Maintain adequate stock and tools required to service, repair, or replace malfunctioning equipment.
• Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition in compliance with all prescribed regulations.
• Coordinate with personnel from other departments on various work projects.
• Install air conditioning, refrigeration, temperature control, humidity control systems, and related accessories.
• Conduct daily inspections of the building and associated equipment as assigned by the Lead HVAC Technician.
• Maintain knowledge of current EPA regulations relating to refrigerants.
• Respond to emergency call-in situations.
• Cooperate with department and facility personnel during emergency situations involving the safety of patients, visitors, and staff.
• Report any issues or complications related to specific jobs or equipment and consult the Facility Coordinator when clarification or guidance is required.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
